KICK Learn To Swim Mother's Day Competition - Terms and Conditions
By entering this competition, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Eligibility:

• The competition is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or over.  
• Employees of KICK Learn To Swim and other involved businesses are not eligible to enter.
• The winner must be able to collect the prize from KICK Learn To Swim, Edgecliff.

2. Entry Period:

• The competition commences on Wednesday the 30th of April and closes at 12pm AEST, Friday May the 9th, 2025.

3. How to Enter:

• To enter, participants must follow the official KICK Learn To Swim page Instagram page ( https://www.instagram.com/kickswimschool/ ​).
• Further entry requirements will be detailed in the competition announcement post on Facebook and/or Instagram. This may include (but is not limited to) tagging a certain number of people, sharing the post, or answering a specific question.
• Only entries that comply with all instructions outlined in the competition announcement post will be considered valid.
• Multiple entries per person may be permitted, as specified in the competition post. However, bulk entries or entries submitted via automated means will be disqualified.

4. Prize:

• Prize as detailed in Instagram post.
• The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• KICK Learn To Swim reserves the right to substitute the prize (or part thereof) with an item of equal or greater value if the original prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond its control.

5. Winner Selection:

• The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the competition period.
• The draw will take place on Friday the 9th of May at 2pm AEST.  
• The winner will be notified via direct message on the social media platform they used to enter (Facebook or Instagram) within 2 days of the draw.

6. Claiming the Prize:

• The winner must respond to the notification message within 7 days of being notified, providing their full name, email address, phone number, and any other information requested for prize fulfillment.
• If the winner fails to respond within the specified timeframe or is unable to comply with these Terms and Conditions, the prize will be forfeited, and a redraw may take place at the discretion of KICK Learn To Swim.
• The prize will be arranged for collection as agreed upon with the winner and the respective prize partners.

7. Publicity:

• By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to participate in reasonable publicity activities related to the competition, which may include the use of their name and image on KICK Learn To Swim social media channels and website.

8. Data Protection:

• Any personal information collected during the competition will be used solely for the purpose of administering the competition and fulfilling the prize, in accordance with KICK Learn To Swim privacy policy.  

9. Social Media Platforms:

• This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram. Participants acknowledge that Facebook and Instagram have no liability in connection with this competition.  

10. General:

• KICK Learn To Swim reserves the right to cancel, modify, suspend, or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice if circumstances beyond its control make it necessary to do so.
• KICK Learn To Swim decision in all matters relating to the competition is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia.  

By participating in this competition, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
