KICK LEARN TO SWIM HALLOWEEN COLOURING COMPETITION
Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility: Entry is open to all kids currently enrolled at KICK Learn to Swim. Eligible colouring sheets are available at the reception desk at KICK Learn to Swim during the promotional period or can be downloaded and printed from here (see links above).
2. The Promotion commences at 8:30am on 19/10/2020 and ends at 1:00pm on 01/11/2020 (Promotional Period).
3. To receive an entry into the competition, entrants must complete the colouring sheet, write their details (name and age) on the sheet and give the sheet to a staff member at KICK Learn to Swim.
4. Draw date: The competition winners will be chosen at 12 noon on 06/11/2020. There will be 1st, 2nd & 3rd prizes awarded to the winning entrants for the 2-4 age group, 1st, 2nd & 3rd prizes awarded to the winning entrants for the 5-6 age group, and 1st, 2nd & 3rd prizes awarded to the winning entrants for the 7 plus age group.
5. Only one entry per child is permitted. 
6. Judging: All entries must be original and entirely created by the entrant. There are no restrictions on what an entrant can use to colour the image. Each valid entry will be judged by KICK Learn to Swim staff based on creativity and overall artistic interpretation according to that age category. The winners from each age group (2-4,5-6, 7 plus) will be determined by the judges in their sole discretion. The decisions of the judges will be final and binding in all respects.
7. Notification: The winning entrants will be notified on 09/11/2020. The winners will also be announced on the KICK Learn to Swim pool and Facebook/Instagram page in the week following the draw.
8. Prize redemption: The winners will be advised to collect their prizes during the week following the draw when they attend their regular swim lessons.
9. Publicity: Entrants consent to the ‘Swim Science Pty Ltd T/A KICK Learn to Swim’ using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including a photograph, film and/or recording) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this Promotion (including any outcome) and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by  ‘Swim Science Pty Ltd T/A KICK Learn to Swim’.
10.  ‘Swim Science Pty Ltd T/A KICK Learn to Swim’ collects personal information in order to conduct the promotion and may, for the above purposes, disclose such personal information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and as required, to regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this information. Personal information may be used for marketing purposes in the future. Entrants should direct any request to opt out, access, update or correct information to the  ‘Swim Science Pty Ltd T/A KICK Learn to Swim’.
