Swimming in winter

Swimming is an excellent way for kids to stay active in the winter months. Their muscles and brains continue to develop no matter what the season is and swimming provides a fun and challenging way to support this growth. Our pool is warm and indoors so kids can still get a good workout even if it's cold outside! Remember to bring warm head coverings (like a beanie) and warm shoes like Ugg boots so that after their swim class heat is not lost from their extremities. ​
